Terms & Conditions

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
• The guarantee applies to Higher Love Society membership purchases, including the 30-Day Trial  and ONE LOVE membership.
• If you upgrade your membership, only your most recent membership purchase or upgrade is eligible for a refund. Previous membership payments are not included.
• The guarantee does not apply to Divine Union Matchmaking, event tickets, retreats, workshops, merchandise, digital products, coaching sessions, donations, or any other purchases outside of a Higher Love Society membership.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• This guarantee may only be used once per member.
• Higher Love Society reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of fraud, abuse of the guarantee, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Community Guidelines.
